It was a good experience when Dr. Omar was there after everything had changed. He lied on appointments. He lied at work. He played around with everything. I mean, Dr. Ahmed, do not be fooled by his sweet manner and kind words. If the slightest complaint arises, he will bring down another person whom you don’t know. By God, it is Dr. Omar’s loss. If you ask about him, he will tell you that he is gone. It is not available in Egypt, and he has a clinic in the Fifth Settlement. I mean, they are now working under the name of Dr. Omar, and I have heard him based on the idea that the place is clean and the clinic is luxurious, but in the hands of those who do not recommend it at all.

The clinic place is very beautiful and elegant
The receptionist is quick to respond and helpful
Also, the doctors are cheerful
But there are trainees who work and the doctor follows up with them
Also, the prices are very expensive compared to other clinics
And also when you go to do something specific
The doctor takes advantage of other, unimportant problems.

Very clean facility, however staff were not very professional.
I found myself having an OPG, which was unnecessary and no one even mentioned that I’m having it ! I just found myself being asked to bite on the X-ray machine.
The second thing whilst in the clinic, they took photos without asking my permission! I hope they’re wise enough not post them anywhere public.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend them and most definitely will not be coming back to their clinic.

I had a wonderful experience at Guarantee Dental Centers.The staff were friendly and professional, and Dr. Ahmad Elwan was highly skilled and attentive. The clinic was clean and equipped with the latest technology, making my visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Guarantee Dental Centers for anyone looking for excellent dental care!

The first down-to-earth dental clinic I've encountered, the services are excellent, the staff are professional,polite,caringand friendly,they go above and beyond.
The environment is soo clean and it feels like home,I'm extremely satisfied with their clinic.
Dr. Ahmad is without a doubt one of the best.
